Because many of our products are handmade or customized:

Product photos are representative and may not exactly match the finished item.
We reserve the right to make minor modifications necessary to complete an order.
3. Custom Orders
For custom-made products:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications, measurements, personalization details, and design requests.
Production will begin only after all required information and payment have been received.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to decline any custom order at our discretion.
4. Customer-Provided Materials and Designs
If you provide artwork, logos, images, text, fabrics, or other materials for use in a custom order, you represent that:
You own the rights to those materials or have permission to use them.
Their use does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from customer-provided materials.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.
We reserve the right to:
Modify pricing at any time;
Correct pricing errors;
Refuse or cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies.
Payment must be received before production or shipment unless alternative arrangements have been approved.
6. Production and Shipping
Production times are estimates only and may vary based on:
Order volume;
Material availability;
Complexity of custom work;
Holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
